Rocket Pharmaceuticals is offering a paid 10-week summer internship for university students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotechnology environment. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to advancing curative gene therapies for patients with devastating diseases.
This individual will have the opportunity to support the commercialization of Rocket’s initial portfolio of gene therapy products for ultra-rare and rare pediatric genetic diseases. This intern will gain experience and responsibility for core projects that support the launch readiness efforts for all of Commercial Affairs, including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
• Work to develop a comprehensive approach within Commercial Affairs on best way to gather appropriate feedback and communicate customer engagement interactions
• Alongside the Business Excellence and Commercial Operations team members, this intern will help to drive the Brand Planning Process and work with teams on aligned deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and tracking mechanisms to help drive critical business decisions
• Capstone Deliverable – Executive Presentation at the Commercial Affairs Leadership Team meeting on project overviews and final deliverables that were contributed to and completed
• Undergraduate rising junior or senior student majoring in business administration, marketing, psychology, or related discipline
• Graduate programs, (MBA) for marketing or a related discipline
• Thinks broadly, strategically, and thrives in a fast-changing environment
• Proven ability to successfully communicate and execute organizational goals and brand strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and / or Rocket Pharmaceuticals policies
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to work hands-on with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office
