Position Summary

We are seeking a Coordinator, People Operations to be a critical part of our Business Partnering, People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. Reporting to the Manager, People Operations & Projects, you will support activities related to all employee lifecycle events, People projects and programs, as well as ensuring all transactions related to compliance and proper documentation are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding process, including pre-day one communications, new hire data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation delivery 
  • Facilitate offboarding process  
  • Support all employee lifecycle events, including career progressions, employment verifications, etc.  
  • Update and maintain personnel files and job descriptions 
  • Prepare reports and analyze data as requested 
  • Develop employee self-service (Tier 0) documentation 
  • Ensure employee Tier 1 inquiries are answered and Tier 2+ inquiries are properly routed in a timely manner 
  • Coordinate program/project team engagement and communication, ensuring effective timing and interdependency management  
  • Support the teams in identifying the risks and issues on projects, coordinating with teams and stakeholders 
  • Assist with various People projects and initiatives as needed 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field. 
  • Some experience supporting an HR/People Department or similar business partner. 
  • Excellent customer service and public speaking skills. 
  • Experience with HR Information Systems a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations. 
  • Reliable and responsive, consistent, and timely follow-up and follow through. 
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. 
  • Possesses a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
